Seattle, WA (September 2, 2014) – The Andover Company/CORFAC International announced the closing of 11 deals covering over 94,666 square feet over 60 days: five industrial leases, four office leases, one office sale,  and one retail lease.

  • Arne Svendsen and Brian Dennehy represented lessee United Rentals in their lease with lessor Charles & Emma Frye Free Public Art Museum for 20,000 square feet of industrial yard space at 7101 8th Avenue South, Seattle, WA.
  • Bruce Clarkson represented seller 2764 1st Ave S LP in their sale to buyer GBS Investments, LLC for 16,500 square feet of office space at the Bank of America Bldg., located at 2764 1st Avenue South, Seattle, WA.
  • Brian Dennehy represented lessor Lynch Industrial Park, LLC in their lease to lessee West Coast Fibre for 16,000 square feet of industrial space at Lynch Industrial Park, LLC, located at 832 S. 3rd Avenue, Kent, WA.
  • Dave Baumer and Arne Svendsen represented lessor DACO in their lease to lessee EMP for 13,680 square feet of industrial space at the DACO Building, located at 8825 South 184th, Kent, WA.
  • Dave Baumer and Arne Svendsen represented lessor DACO in their lease to lessee Freight Systems for 12,757 square feet of industrial space at Park 222,  located at 8531 S. 222nd, Kent, WA.
  • Brian Bruininks, CCIM, Sean Durkin, CCIM, and Arne Svendsen represented lessor Harsch Investment Properties, LLC in their lease to lessee The Seattle Times, represented by Dave Baumer, for 5,991 square feet of industrial space at West Park Corporate Campus, located at 3320 West Valley Highway North, Suite D-107, Auburn, WA.
  • Brian Bruininks, CCIM represented lessor Property Reserve, Inc. in their lease to lessee Critical Care Systems for 5,574 square feet of industrial space at the Landing Center, Building D, located at 22623 68th Avenue South, Kent, WA.
