  • Jeff Crane represented Lynch Land Co. in the industrial sale of Lynch Industrial Park, a four-building, 139,550 square foot commercial park located in Kent, WA. Andover agent Brian Dennehy represented the buyer, MRM Everett, LLC, in the transaction.

  • Shane Crook and Arne Svendsen represented Julie Dickens, Trustees of the Joyce Entus Living Trust, in the industrial sale of the Entus Property, comprising 51,300 square feet of land located at 2651 Harbor Avenue SW, Seattle, WA, to Harbor Avenue Arts, LLC.

  • Jeff Crane and Brian Dennehy represented lessor MRM Everett in their lease to Compass Northwest for 39,700 square feet of industrial space at Lynch Industrial Park, located at 824-826 3rd Avenue S., Kent, WA.
