  • George Rockwell, SIOR, represented seller Sixth Ave. Building, LLC in their sale of an industrial building to Marquez Properties Seattle, LLC. The 50,200 square foot building is located at 5930 6th Avenue, Seattle, WA.
  • Dave Baumer represented lessor Bruce and Carol Kranak in their lease to Fiserv Inc. for 49,207 square feet of industrial space at 19615 Russell Road, Kent, WA.
