• Dave Baumer represented lessor BCK Development in their lease to Fiserv Incorporated for 49,207 square feet of industrial space at BCK Development Building, located at 19615 Russell Road, Kent, WA.
• George Rockwell, SIOR, represented lessor WACO Enterprises in their lease to Quality Sewing for 30,003 square feet of industrial space at the Aptex Building, located at 1203-1205 Andover Park West, Tukwila, WA.
• Brian Bruininks, CCIM, and Brian Dennehy represented lessor Prologis in their lease to Northwest Handling Inc. for 21,690 square feet of industrial space at Earlington Business Park, located at 1040 Thomas Avenue SW, Renton, WA.
• Connie Boyle, CCIM, Sean Durkin, CCIM, and Michael Ewing represented lessor William Paul LaChapelle in the sale of a 10,693 +/- square foot office building to MSJP, LLC for $600,000. The building is located at 602 Auburn Way North, Auburn, WA.
