Venture Leasing LLC has purchased the 10,660 sq. ft. office building at 1616 Directors Row, Fort Wayne from Roseland Realty, LLC.  The seller was represented by John M. Adams CCIM and Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM  of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

AIT Worldwide Logistics has leased an 8,780 sq. ft. space in the Allstate Business Center, 5403 Highway 930 East, Fort Wayne, Indiana.  The tenant was represented by Joy Neuenschwander of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Fort Wayne School of Dance has leased 4,000 sq. ft. space in the Chapel Ridge Shopping Center from Chapel Ridge Investments LLC.  The Tenant and the Landlord were both represented by Joy Neuenschwander, Brian Bean and Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Zianos Italian Eatery has leased 5,049 sq. ft. space in the Chapel Ridge Shopping Center at 10540 Maysville Rd., Fort Wayne, Indiana from Chapel Ridge Investments LLC.  The Tenant and the Landlord were both represented by Joy Neuenschwander, Brian Bean and Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
