Recent Transactions from The Zacher Company/CORFAC International

The 130,316 sq. ft. industrial building on 10 acres in Van Wert, Ohio previously owned and occupied by Kongsberg Driveline Systems, Inc. was purchased by Bookcase Properties, Ltd.  John M. Adams CCIM, Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and Signature Associates of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International assisted the seller of the property in this transaction. John M. Adams CCIM also assisted the buyer. 

Mullinix Packages, Inc. has leased 136,000 sq. ft. space in the Coastal Commerce Center, 3405 Meyer Rd., Fort Wayne, Indiana.  The tenant was represented by Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.  The landlord, CV-SCE IV, LLC was represented by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and John M. Adams CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Prestige Tile and Stone has sub-leased 7,200 sq. ft. warehouse space in the multi-tenant industrial building at 2727 Lofty Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana from AT & T.  AT & T was represented in this transaction by Dan Reese of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International and Jones Lang Lasalle.

Diversity 2012, LLC has purchased a 28,925 sq. ft. industrial building located at 200 E. Vine Street, Wolcottville, Indiana from Grabill Bank.  Grabill Bank was represented by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and Mark Ulrich of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Ecos Energy, LLC has purchased a 20.79 acre tract of vacant land at 120 N. Commerce Drive in Waterloo, Indiana from William and Barbara Miller.  Ecos is planning to build a solar farm on the site.  All parties in the transaction were assisted by Brent L. Overholt, MAI of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Insight CNA Training Center, LLC has purchased the 2,160 sq. ft. office building at 810 West State Blvd., Fort Wayne.  Dan Reese of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented all parties in this transaction.
