Fort Wayne, IN (October 4, 2013 - The 117,454 sq. ft. Key Plastics industrial building at 1615 West McDonald Rd. in Hartford City, Indiana has been purchased by Hanning & Bean Enterprises, Inc. The buyer and seller were assisted by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and John M. Adams, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. The building is now available for lease.

Bassett & Associates has leased an office suite at 5732 Coventry Lane, Fort Wayne, Indiana from DCL Scott Corp. The parties in this transaction were assisted by Joy Neuenschwander, CPM and John M. Adams CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

The former 2,816 sq. ft. former Belmont Beverage store at 2116 Fairfield Avenue in Fort Wayne, IN has been purchased by G & G Realty, LLC. Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International assisted the seller, LCS Realty.

Gibson Law Office has leased a suite in the Journal Gazette building at 701 S. Clinton St., Fort Wayne, IN. from The Journal Gazette Company. Rachel Romary of The Zacher Company/Corfac International assisted the tenant.

1916 West Dupont, LLC has purchased a 2.08 acre lot at 1830 West Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, IN for construction of Planet Fitness. The seller was Northpointe West, LLC. Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM, Dan Reese, and Joy Neuenschwander of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International assisted the seller with the sale.

Tristate Warehousing, Inc. has leased 17,325 sq. ft. industrial space in the National Recreation Building at 5120 Investment Drive, Fort Wayne, IN. The landlord is Aqua Shores Commercial, LLC. Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International assisted the landlord with this transaction.

Party City Corporation – Halloween City – has leased a 13,450 sq. ft. former Walgreens storefront at 3717 Grape Road, Mishawaka, IN. The landlord, Walgreen Co., was assisted with the lease by Scott Griffth of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Norandex Building Materials Distribution, Inc. has renewed their lease for 15,000 sq. ft. of industrial space at 717 Ley Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana. They were assisted by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
