Fort Wayne, IN (October 11, 2013) - Dana Driveshaft Products, LLC has sold a 607,712 sq. ft. industrial building at 400 South Miller Avenue in Marion, Indiana to AP Marion, IN, LLC. Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and John M. Adams, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International assisted the seller in the sale.

Gator Cases, Inc. has leased 168,000 sq. ft. of the DBB LLC building, 2499 South 600 E. in Columbia City, Indiana. John M. Adams, CCIM, and Brian G. Bean of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International assisted the landlord, DBB, LLC.

The former 6,358 sq. ft. O’Charley’s restaurant at 6709 Lima Rd., Fort Wayne, IN has been purchased by Sineenart Engtrakul. The owner of the property, Hanning & Bean Enterprises, Inc. was assisted by Brian G. Bean, The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

The Patmar building at 5120 South Calhoun St., Fort Wayne, IN has sold to Southwest Automotive Two, LLC. The building, which is 6,032 sq. ft., was owned by PF Patmar, LLC, who was assisted in the transaction by Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Mobile King, LLC has sub-leased a 2,200 sq. ft. retail storefront at 1846 Lincolnway East in Goshen, Indiana. Scott Griffith of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International assisted the sub-landlord, New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC with the transaction.

Ruan Transport Corporation has renewed their lease of the 39,600 sq. ft. industrial building located at 4432 Ardmore Avenue in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The tenant and the landlord, Johnson Family Enterprise, LLC were assisted with the lease by Steven K. Zacher, SIOR, CCIM and Brent L. Overholt, MAI, The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
