Fort Wayne, IN (November 14, 2013) - A 2,477 sq. ft. retail building at 1058 E. State Blvd. has been sold to Win Soe. The seller, Jan Ashton, and the buyer were both assisted in the sale by Fletcher Moppert and Dan Reese of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

The Regency Mobile Home Park located at 2220 Dunkelberg Rd. in Fort Wayne, Indiana has been sold by Regency of Indiana, Inc. to IDC Holdings, LLC. Joy Neuenschwander and Brent L. Overholt of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International assisted the seller of the property.

Indiana Wire Land, LLC has sold the 120,000 sq. ft. industrial building at 802 S. Reed Road, Fremont, Indiana to Padnos Plastic Solutions, Inc. John M. Adams, CCIM and Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM assisted the seller of the property.

Bassett & Associates and Dr. Michael Hopf, DC have signed leases in the DCL Scott Coventry building at 5722 and 5726 Coventry Lane, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Landlord, DCL Scott Corp. was assisted by Joy Neuenschwander and John M. Adams, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Unilever Manufacturing (U.S.) Inc. has sold the 101,000 sq. ft. Unilever-Breyers Ice Cream Plant at 435 West State Street, Huntington, Indiana to Echo Lake Foods, Inc. The seller and Breyer were assisted by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and John M. Adams, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Dr. McKean has renewed his lease of 2,437 sq. ft. in the Georgetown North Professional building. The landlord is Showline Investment LLC. The transaction was assisted by Brian G. Bean and Joy Neuenschwander of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
Integrated Supply Network has extended their lease for 35,463 sq. ft. industrial space at 5120 Investment Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The landlord is Aqua Shores Commercial, LLC. The tenant was assisted in this transaction by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Shamrock Hotels, LLC has purchased 3.21 acres vacant land at 7725-7737 West Jefferson Blvd., Fort Wayne, Indiana for construction of a four story Fairfield Inn. The seller of the land, Med 24, LLC was assisted in the transaction by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and Brian G. Bean of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Goodman Networks, Inc. has leased 69,329 sq. ft. of industrial space at 3102 Brooklyn Avenue, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The landlord, AERL LC, was assisted by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and John M. Adams, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
