Braveheart Investments, LLC has purchased the Hotel Fort Wayne (former Marriott) located at 305 East Washington Center Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The buyer of the property was represented in this transaction by Brian G. Bean of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Graphic Packaging International has leased 59,000 sq. ft. of industrial space located at 230 S. Progress Drive, Kendallville, Indiana. The landlord is Harbor Investments, III. Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company represented the tenant in this transaction.

Dish Network Service, LLC has leased 6,250 sq. ft. of industrial space located at 5320 Distribution Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The landlord is REL Buildings, LLC. Fletcher Moppert represented the landlord in this transaction.

Rescare, Inc. has leased 5,371 sq. ft. of office space located at 3711 Rupp Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The landlord is Tippmann Properties, Inc. The tenant was represented in this transaction by Steven Zacher, SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Lisa M. Borton, LLC has leased 445 sq. ft. of office space at 203 W. Wayne Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Landlord is Harrison/Wayne, LLC dba CBD Management. Both tenant and landlord were represented in this transaction by John Adams, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

All Weather Exteriors, Inc. has leased 1,800 sq. ft. of industrial space located at 5710 Industrial Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The landlord is the Dymer Company. Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company represented the tenant in this transaction.
