IPI Auburn, LLC, dba MetalX, LLC has purchased the 240,000 sq. ft. industrial building located at 1101 Oren Drive, Auburn, Indiana. Steven K. Zacher, SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the buyer in this transaction. The seller was Alcoa Automotive.

American Specialty Insurance & Risk Services, Inc. has leased 19,522 sq. ft. of office space at 7609 West Jefferson Blvd., Fort Wayne, Indiana. The landlord is Ash Realty, LLC. The tenant was represented by Steven K. Zacher, SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

NIPSCO has purchased .26 acres of land at 4391 Bluffton Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Seller, MGV Industrial, LLC, was represented by Joy Neuenschwander, CPM and Alfred J. Zacher, SIOR of the Zacher Company/CORFAC International. Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the buyer in this transaction.

William A. Argus, MD, PC has renewed the lease on 2,795 sq. ft. of office space at 7030 Pointe Inverness Way, Fort Wayne, IN. The Landlord is 7030 Pointe Inverness Way. The tenant was represented by Steven K. Zacher, SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Kos & Associates, Attorneys at Law leased 2,198 sq. ft. of office space at 203 W. Wayne Street, Fort Wayne, IN. The landlord is CBD Management. John Adams, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the landlord in this transaction.

Jimmy John’s has leased 1,476 sq. ft. of retail space at 247 Hauenstein Road, Huntington, Indiana. The landlord is J & K Enterprise, LLC. Dan Reese of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the landlord in this transaction.

DeGood Chiropractic leased 1,900 sq. ft. of retail space at 2703 Caragana Court, Goshen, Indiana.
