The seller, Navistar, Inc., and the buyer were represented by Steven K. Zacher, SIOR, CCIM and John Adams, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. The seller was also represented by Jones Lang Lasalle.
St. Joseph Health System, LLC has leased 25,122 sq. ft. of office space at 2622 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN. The landlord is 2622 Lake, LLC. Steven K. Zacher, SIOR, CCIM and John Adams, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the landlord in this transaction.
Glenn Hunter & Associates, Inc. has purchased the 73,000 sq. ft. industrial building located at 4220 E. US Hwy 6, Kendallville, IN.
