Five Star Property Management, LLC has purchased a 7,800 sq. ft. retail building at 1111 Huntington Ave., Warren, Indiana. The seller is PNC Bank/Land Holdings, LLC. Dan Reese of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented both the buyer and the seller in thistransaction. Blue Bell Creameries, L.P. has leased 5,000 sq. ft. of industrial space at 2827 Freeman Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
