Steven K. Zacher, SIOR, CCIM and John Adams, CCIM represented the landlord, Industrial Realty Partners I, LLC, in this transaction.

Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the tenant, Intellectual Technology, Inc., and the landlord, P & A Realty, Inc., in the lease of 30,723 sq. ft. of office space located at 2980 E. Coliseum Blvd., Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Dan Reese of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the tenant, Tower Pro’s, in the lease of 14,625 sq. ft. of industrial space located at 3311 Congressional Parkway, Fort Wayne, Indiana, from JNA Enterprises, LLC.
