The Fort Wayne Urban League, dba Thurgood Marshall Leadership Academy, has leased the 30,384 sq. ft. Zion Lutheran Academy. The landlord, Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, was represented by John M. Adams, CCIM and Dan Reese of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Planet Fitness has leased 24,971 sq. ft. retail space in the Stellhorn Village Shopping Center at 4526-4530 Maplecrest Rd., Fort Wayne, Indiana. The landlord, MacKids, Inc., was represented by Joy Neuenschwander and Brent L. Overholt, MAI of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

A 2,270 sq. ft. office condo at 6317 Constitution Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana was sold to Sam Zamani Properties. The seller, Hakes Robrock, was represented by Dan Reese and Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

A 3,600 sq. ft. industrial space in the Crosby Complex at 2757 Freeman St., Fort Wayne, Indiana has been leased to Master’s Hand BBQ. The tenant, Master’s Hand, was represented by Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Sylvan Learning Center has renewed a lease for the 3,200 sq. ft. building at 6227 Covington Rd. in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Sylvan Learning Center was represented by Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

TeleResearch Corporation has leased an office suite in the Central Building at 203 W. Wayne St. The Landlord, CBD Management, was represented by John M. Adams CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
