Fort Wayne, IN (September 8, 2014) - Steven K. Zacher, SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the tenant, Latham Pool Products, Inc., dba Fort Wayne Pools, in the lease renewal of 161,000 sq. ft. of industrial space located at 6930 Gettysburg Pike, Fort Wayne, Indiana, from 6930 Gettysburg, LLC.

John M. Adams, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the landlord, ORKA Investments, LLC, in the lease of 50,000 sq. ft. of industrial space located at 310 Racquet Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana, to Tristate Warehousing, Inc.

Joy Neuenschwander, CPM, Alfred Zacher, SIOR, and Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the seller, MGV Industrial, LLC, in the sale of 1.43 acres of land located at 4401 Bluffton Road, to Morning Star Partners, LLC, dba, Family Dollar.

Brian Bean and Al Zacher, SIOR of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the tenant, Kroger, in the land lease located at 4230 North Clinton St., Fort Wayne, Indiana. Brian Bean represented the lessor, Los Lomas, LLC, in this transaction.

Dan Reese and John Adams, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the sellers, John E. Regan and Delene A. Regan, in the sale of the 12,106 sq. ft. industrial building located at 250 Commerce Dr., Huntington, Indiana, to Huntington County Habitat for Humanity.
