State Blvd, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Brian G. Bean of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the buyer, 3 Bean Investments, LLC, in this transaction.

Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the tenant, BNO Management Company, Inc., doing business as Sylvan Learning Centers, in the lease of 3,200 sq. ft. of office space located at 6227 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana, from Fred W. Toenges.
