The Cosmos restaurant at 1425 West Washington Center Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana has been sold to Gold Coast Development Corp for a Culver’s restaurant. Brian G. Bean and Brent L. Overholt MAI of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the seller, G.E.S. LLC.

A 12,000 sq. ft. industrial building located at 6931 Quemetco Court, Fort Wayne, Indiana in Wayne Haven Industrial Park has been sold to Hinsey’s Pro Paint, Inc., dba Bad Dad. The seller and the buyer were both represented by John M. Adams CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Global Energy has renewed their lease for 17,500 sq. ft. in the Univar building at 7415 Nelson Rd., Fort Wayne, Indiana. The landlord, Univar, and the tenant were both represented by Brian Bean of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Boom Tube Studios has leased an office space in the Central Building at 203 W. Wayne Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The landlord, CBD Management, was represented in this transaction by John M. Adams, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Library Tales Publishing, Inc. has leased an office suite in the Central Building at 203 W. Wayne Street. The landlord, CBD Management, and the tenant were both represented by John M. Adams CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

IntelliTek Systems, Inc. has leased an office suite in the Central Building at 203 W. Wayne St. The landlord, CBD Management, and the tenant were both represented by John M. Adams CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
