The 6,358 sq. ft. O’Charley’s Restaurant at 6709 Lima Rd. was purchased by Hanning & Bean. Brian Bean and Brent Overholt of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the buyer.

The 7-Eleven store at 900 Johnson Street in Elkhart, Indiana was purchased by Physician’s Immediate Care LLC. The seller was represented by Brian Bean and Scott Griffith of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. The seller was 7-Eleven Inc.

Scott Centennial has leased a 2,000 sq. ft. industrial suite to Powering Athletics and another 2,000 sq. ft. industrial suite to Worldwide Markets, LLC. Joy Neuenschwander of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented both the owner and the tenants of the building.

Voss Automotive, Inc. has purchased a 9.53 acre lot at 4700 Hillegas Rd., Fort Wayne, Indiana. The buyer was represented by John M. Adams, CCIM and Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. The seller was MCC Leasing, LLC.

Coram USA, LLC has leased an office suite in The Central Building located at 203 W. Wayne Street, Suite 402. The landlord, CBD Management, and the tenant were both represented by John M. Adams CCIM at The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Integrated Supply Network, Inc. has renewed their lease for 35,463 sq. ft. industrial space at 5120 Investment Drive, Fort Wayne, IN. The Landlord is Aqua Shores Commercial, LLC. The tenant’s broker was Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

The 21,990 sq. ft. industrial building at 6201 Discount Drive has been sold to CYCO Properties, LLC. The seller, Dalmar, Inc., was represented by John Adams CCIM and Dan Reese of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Lagrange Monument Works has leased a 1,425 sq. ft. retail suite in the Goshen Commons II Shopping Center located at 2856 Eisenhower Avenue, Suite 3, Goshen, Indiana. The tenant was represented by Scott Griffith of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Goodwill Industries has leased a 12,855 sq. ft. retail space in Glenbrook Commons Shopping Center at 4122 Lima Rd., Fort Wayne, IN. The tenant was represented by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
