• Ventures in Space Indiana LLC has purchased a 169,500 sq. ft. industrial building located at 600 W. Swager Drive, Fremont, Indiana from Leggett & Platt, Inc. All parties were represented by John M. Adams CCIM and Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
• Lawyer’s Title Insurance has leased a 3,695 sq. ft. suite in the Sylvan Center building at 10020 Auburn Park Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The landlord is BNG Development, LLC. Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the landlord in this transaction.
• Logistix Solutions, DBA AIT Worldwide Logistics, has leased a 4,000 sq. ft. industrial suite at the Park Fletcher Building #17, 1810 S. Lynhurst Drive, Suite S, Indianapolis, IN. The tenant was represented by Joy Neuenschwander of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
• An office/warehouse suite of 3,500 sq. ft. in the Collins Center, 118 E. Collins Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana has been leased by HWX Services Enterprises, LLC. John M. Adams CCIM of The Zacher Company represented the landlord in this transaction.
• Dana Automotive Systems Group, LLC has sold a 30,350 sq. ft. office building at 1029 West State Blvd., Fort Wayne, Indiana to State Street Tech, LLC. Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and Joy Neuenschwander of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented the seller in this transaction.
• An 18,000 sq. ft. industrial building in St. Joe, Indiana has been purchased by Showline Investment LLC. The seller, Group Dekko International, Inc., was represented by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International and the buyer, Showline Investment LLC, was represented by Brian G. Bean of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
• The 16,935 sq. ft. industrial building at 4211 Engle Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana has been sold to an investor. The seller’s broker is John Adams, CCIM, The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
• Koester Metals, Inc. has purchased the Rittal building at 301 West Water Street, Fremont, Indiana. The industrial property is 129,920 sq. ft. Both the owner, Breeden YMCA, and the purchaser were represented by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and John M. Adams CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
• Supply Technologies (formerly Integrated Logistics Solutions) has renewed their lease of a 24,000 sq. ft. space in Building 9 of the Keystone Industrial Park, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The tenant was represented by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. The landlord is Keystone Realty, Ltd.
