Fort Wayne, IN (May 20, 2013) - The 6,692 sq. ft. office building at 302 E. Jefferson Blvd., Fort Wayne, Indiana has been purchased by 302 Jefferson, LLC (Sunshine Home Health Care).  The seller is Gottit, Inc.  The buyer was represented by Dan Reese of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. 

The 32,000 sq. ft. industrial building at 2707 Lofty Drive, Fort Wayne, IN has been sold to Premier Auger by HHMZ, LLC.  The Buyer was represented by Dan Reese of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Frontier Communications has leased a 10,000 sq. ft. industrial space at 5120 Investment Dr., Fort Wayne, Indiana.  The landlord, Aqua Shores Commercial, LLC, and the tenant were represented by Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. 

IHC Risk Solutions, LLC has leased suite J at 10315 Dawson’s Creek Blvd., Fort Wayne, Indiana.  The landlord, J & K LLC was represented by John Adams, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. 

Quest Diagnostics, Inc. has renewed their lease for suite C in the industrial building at 9318 Airport Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana.  The landlord, Scott Centennial, LLC, was represented by Joy Neuenschwander CPM and the tenant was represented by John M. Adams CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. 

A 5.5 acre parcel of vacant land at 353 N. Oak Street, Columbia City, Indiana has been purchased by Passages, Inc.  The seller, Parkview Health System, Inc. dba Whitley Memorial Hospital, Inc. and the purchaser were both represented by John M. Adams, CCIM and Alfred J. Zacher SIOR. 

Kayla Court, LLC has purchased an 8.0 acre parcel of land adjacent to Southtown Centre.  The sellers are Merak Partners.  All parties in the transaction were represented by Alfred J. Zacher SIOR.
