Auger Torque USA has leased a 28,286 Sq. Ft. industrial building at 100 Commerce Drive, Huntington, IN.  The landlord, Homier Distributing was represented by Dan Reese of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. 

A parcel of vacant land at 371 E. Dupont Rd., Fort Wayne, Indiana has been purchased by True Blue Properties, LLC for the development of a new Belmont Beverage center.  The seller, National Oil and Gas, and the purchaser were both represented by Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/Corfac International. 

Nolan Commercial Property, LLC has purchased a 4,376 Sq. Ft. office building at Capital Pointe, 534 Union Chapel Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana.  The seller, MCC Management LLC, was represented by Joy Neuenschwander and Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM. 

American Family Life Insurance Company, Russ Alberson, has leased a 1,108 sq. ft. office space at 5738 Coventry Lane, Fort Wayne, Indiana.  The landlord, DCL Scott was represented by Joy Neuenschwander and John Adams of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International, and the tenant was represented by Joy Neuenschwander of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.  The property is professionally managed by Joy Neuenschwander. 

Jerry Paulausky & Associates has renewed their lease for suites G, H & I in the industrial building at 3711 Vanguard Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana.  The landlord, Scott Centennial, LLC, and the tenant were both represented by Joy Neuenschwander of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. 
 
Greenline Partners, LLC has leased a 1,146 sq. ft. office suite in the Georgetown North Professional Building at 6605 East State Blvd., Fort Wayne, Indiana.  The tenant and the landlord, Showline Investment LLC were both represented by Brian Bean of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.  The property is professionally managed by Joy Neuenschwander of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. 

Gexpro has renewed their lease for 6,000 sq. ft. industrial space at 6405 Cross Creek Blvd., Fort Wayne, Indiana.  The tenant was represented by Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
