Fort Wayne, IN (July 29, 2013) Ruby Tuesday has renewed the lease of the restaurant at 1050 E. Coliseum Blvd., Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Landlord, GAA Investments LLC, was represented by Alfred J. Zacher SIOR of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Innerpack, Inc. has purchased a 17,254 sq. ft. industrial building at 1430 Dividend Rd. in Fort Wayne, Indiana. They were represented in this transaction by Dan Reese of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

The City of Auburn Electric Department, Fiber Division, has leased a 8,000 sq. ft. warehouse area in the industrial building located at 1000 Auburn Drive, Auburn, Indiana. John M. Adams CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International assisted the Tenant and Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and John M. Adams CCIM assisted the Landlord, Signature Products.

Warner Electric LLC has leased a 96,000 sq. ft. industrial building at 4578 East Park 30 Drive, Columbia City, IN from CCSW Properties, LLC. The Tenant was assisted by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and John Dolan III, McCall & Almy, Inc., Boston, MA.

PBK Properties, LLC has purchased a 22,900 sq. ft. industrial building from EMG Properties, LLC. The seller was assisted with this transaction by John M. Adams, CCIM.
