Recent Transactions from The Zacher Company/CORFAC International

Fort Wayne, IN (August 5, 2013) - Shambaugh & Sons L.P. has leased 100,000 sq. ft. of industrial space and 75,000 sq. ft. of an outdoor storage building from Seigle Fort Wayne Investments LLC. They have agreed to sub-lease 30,000 sq. ft. to Ferguson Enterprises who has been a long time tenant in the building. The landlord was represented by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and John M. Adams, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

GT Automation renewed and expanded into 48,000 sq. ft. in the Expressport I building at 4422 Airport Expressway, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The landlord, Indiana Becknell Investors 2011 LLC was represented by Fletcher Moppert and Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and the tenant, GTA Acquisition, Inc, dba GTA Automation, was represented by Fletcher Moppert, all of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

The property known as the Sonic Auburn has been sold by the General Electric Capital Corp. to Walter G. Fuller, LLC. The seller was represented by Brent L. Overholt MAI and Brian Bean of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Joy Neuenschwander, CPM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International has leased office spaces to Hughes Properties, Inc., Fort Wayne Endodontics, and Wings, Etc. in the DCL Scott Coventry building at 5716-5733 Coventry Lane, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Landlord, DCL Scott Corp., was represented by Joy Neuenschwander in all phases of these transactions.

Haley and Summers Realty has purchased a 2,612 sq. ft. office building at 827 Webster Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana from Donegal Corridor, LLC. The buyer was represented by Dan Reese of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.

Summit Reinsurance Services Inc has renewed their lease for a 6,970 Sq. Ft. office space in the Pointe Inverness Office Building II from Fort Wayne Portfolio Corp. dba 7030 Pointe Inverness Way. The tenant was represented by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
Diamond Comic Distributors, Inc. has expanded their leased space at 3102 Brooklyn Avenue, Fort Wayne, Indiana by 23,400 sq. ft. for a total of 112,330 sq. ft.. The landlord AERL, LC was represented by John Adams, CCIM and Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
