Troy, Michigan (May 25, 2012) – L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Richter Precision, Inc. has purchased a 20,648 square foot building located at 34270 Riviera Drive in Fraser, Michigan. Established in 1978, they have several locations across the Midwest. Headquartered in East Petersburg, Pennsylvania, Richter Precision specializes in PVD, CVD, TD and DCD coating. Their new facility will supplement their current operations in neighboring Clinton Township, Michigan. Jason Capitani and Joe DePonio represented them in the transaction.
