Dallas, TX (November 19, 2012) – With 16 years invested in the location, RLG Consulting Engineers Inc. has expanded its headquarters to a full floor at La Sierra Office Building in North Dallas.

The 60-year-old company has signed an early renewal and expansion for the 15,173-sf third floor of the four-story, 57,505-sf office building at 5445 La Sierra Dr.

Dave Besserer, executive vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, and colleague Curt Linn represented the tenant in negotiations with La Sierra's owner, Fred Pakravan of Dallas.

"It's a sweet spot in terms of location," stresses David Goodson, president and CEO of the 50-employee engineering firm. "It's very convenient in all directions for our employees." The perks are immediate access to Central Expressway and a short walk to Dallas Area Rapid Transit's Walnut Hill Lane station.

"We took the remaining space to support our future growth," Goodson says. The net gain was 10% of extra operating space for the firm, which specializes in civil engineering, structural engineering and surveying services for public and private commercial projects.
