San Diego, Calif., (October 27, 2014) –Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International’s San Diego office is continuing to expand their presence in the San Diego market with the addition of two new top-producing brokers.
 
Voit is pleased to announce the addition of Kipp Gstettenbauer as Senior Vice President and Ryan King as Vice President, both specialists in retail and office properties with an emphasis on investment sales representing private capital in acquisitions and dispositions.

Prior to joining Voit, Kipp was an Investment Sales and Leasing Director at Cushman & Wakefield of San Diego where he represented several prominent investors.  Prior to this, he served as Vice President at Burnham Real Estate which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield.  Together Kipp and Ryan have represented notable clients such as Equity Office/Blackstone, Hines, LBA Realty, HP Investors, Great American Capital, and numerous local private wealth investors. 

Recently they have set two of the highest sales comps in San Diego and Las Vegas using their large network of readily available investment partners in the marketplace. Through their systematic and unique sales process, they have been able to achieve pioneering figures through their bullish evaluations, aggressive marketing campaigns, and praise from clients that they have exceeded their investment objectives.

Kipp graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration for Finance and Real Estate and he carries the highly respected Commercial Certified Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Ryan graduated from the University of San Diego with his Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Finance and was a member of the NCAA 1-AA Mid Major National Championship football team.
