St. Louis, MO (January 20, 2015) – CORFAC International President Scott Savacool, CCIM, SIOR, announced today that Vince Bajardi, CCIM, with the Sansone Group/CORFAC International has represented JW Logistics LLC in a 29,231-square-foot lease of industrial space at 11401-11445 Moog Dr., Maryland Heights, MO.

The lease was referred by Russell Todd, a Principal with Centric Commercial/CORFAC International in Austin, TX. He recently referred a 30,000-square-foot industrial lease to Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International in Cleveland, OH.
Maryland Heights is a suburb of St. Louis. Sansone Group/CORFAC International is a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving corporate clients throughout North America from offices in Missouri and Florida.

JW Logistics uses the warehouse space as a packaging and staging area to serve one of its main corporate clients in order to deliver packages to consumers and businesses within 24 hours.
