Lebanon, OH – Joe Kramer, Senior Vice President of Henkle Schueler & Associates/CORFAC International announced today that parent firm Schueler Group has nearly completed shell construction of the new $13 million build-to-suit corporate operations center for LCNB National Bank in Lebanon, OH, which is mid-way between Cincinnati and Dayton, OH.

Schueler Group is a development, construction, brokerage and property management company. Henkle Schueler & Associates/CORFAC International assembled 11 parcels of land for LCNB National Bank’s new operations center, located at 105 North Broadway in downtown Lebanon. The three-story building will be approximately 47,000 square feet.

Construction started on the building in February this year and is expected to be completed by late February 2017.
