Cates Award at the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club banquet on March 25, 2015.

Sim received the award for his creativeness, innovation and persistence in bringing a number of key players together to sell, re-zone and re-develop the twice failed Shannon Mall/Union Station property that sits on 87.75 acres in Union City, Georgia.  The new use / re-development to an industrial park and e-commerce center will create new jobs in South Atlanta for years to come.

The Alvin B. Cates Award is one of the most prestigious awards of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®. The trophy is awarded for a transaction that is considered to be outstanding, noteworthy and is based on creativity, ingenuity and skill, rather than on volume. The size or consideration of the transaction is not of special importance.
