Troy, Michigan (March 22, 2012) –L. Sky Zone has leased the property for a ten year term. The Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park is the creator of the world’s first all-trampoline, walled playing court. It is designed for any age, shape or physical ability. They offer sports and fitness programs, promotional and corporate events and also host birthday parties. Sky Zone has locations across the U.S. and Canada. Most sites are independently owned franchises. The transaction was coordinated by Jason Capitani, in conjunction with Aleks Trifunovic of Los Angeles-based Klabin Company/CORFAC International. Both brokers represented the Tenant.
