Troy, MI (October 31, 2014) – L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that SL America has recently purchased a 40,000 square foot industrial facility located at 4375 Giddings Road in Auburn Hills, Michigan. SL America Corporation, a subsidiary of South Korean based SL Corporation, continues to expand, and has now outgrown its North American Engineering Center in Sterling Heights. The asking sale price for this property was $2,250,000.00. The company will be relocating their Engineering, Program Management, and Sales Department, to the newly acquired location in Auburn Hills. SL America Corp. is a Tier 1 supplier of exterior lighting, gear shifters, electronics, and pedal modules. Garry Rogers represented the purchaser in this transaction.
