Greenville, SC (September 16, 2010)- Expanding from Atlanta, GA, Service Foods, Inc. will open a new location at The Thomas Center/111 Smith Hines Road in Greenville.  Bentley Commercial, LLC/CORFAC International played an important role in this business venture as Broker, Richard Barrett, represented the owner of The Thomas Center, and worked with Broker, James McKissick, who represented Service Foods, Inc., to find and secure this space for their expansion. In addition, two more businesses, Carolina Audio and Fotozoomer, found new homes in Greenville County.  Carolina Audio will lease 4,500 square feet at 516 Woodruff Rd.  James McKissick of Bentley Commercial represented both the owner, Blake Shewmaker, and the tenant.  Fotozoomer will relocate from the Merovan Center to a 6,430 square foot space at 1110 W.
