Milwaukee, WI (January 6, 2014) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a sale of an 18,000 square foot industrial building located at 11801-11811 W. Silver Spring Drive, Milwaukee Wisconsin. 

Speedway, LLC purchased the building from Becker Properties, Inc.  Samuel M. Dickman, Jr. and Samuel D. Dickman represented the Seller and Paul Povlick of CB Richard Ellis represented the Buyer.
