Troy, MI (September 3, 2014) ‐ L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Sumika Polymers, North America recently signed a five‐year lease for a 3,813 square foot industrial building located at 45525 Grand River Avenue in Novi, Michigan.

Sumika Polymers is a 100% subsidiary of the Sumitomo Chemical Group located in North America, a chemical corporation servicing the automotive industry. They will be consolidating two of their divisions into this regional headquarter location. Gary Grochowski, Senior Vice President of L. Mason Capitani, Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction.
