Irving, TX (August 11, 2014) – Taking as-is space to expedite the move-in, Synthetic Grass Warehouse Inc. has settled into 15,000 sf of distribution space in PS Business Park Inc.'s North Free Trade Zone.

The Anaheim, Calif.-based company was drawn to 1317 N. Royal Lane in Irving for its accessibility to the residential suburban marketplace north of Dallas.

"There weren't many options available," says Joe Santaularia, vice president of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International. "The location of this building was why it was selected over other properties."

Santaularia represented the tenant, which is a primary supplier of artificial grass for the residential market. Brock Wilson, Bradford's senior vice president and managing partner, represented the Glendale, Calif.-based landlord, PS Business Parks Inc.

The 62,223-sf building is one of three in PS Business Parks' 230,000-sf North Free Trade Zone, which sits at the north entrance of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The project provides easy access to TX 114, Interstate 635 and the President George Bush Toll Road.
