The Andover Co./CORFAC International Announces 733,000 SF of Closed Transactions

Seattle, WA – The Andover Company/CORFAC International announced the closing of 30 deals covering over 733,000 square feet over 60 days: 25 industrial leases, two office leases, two industrial sales, and one office sale. Closed deals include: 

Mike Ewing represented Kurpieski Estate in their sale of a 6.26 acre tract of land at 114 and 220 Meridian East, Milton, WA. The land sold for $1,700,000 to A-1 Corporation.

Brian Bruininks, CCIM represented Greensource Brand Apparel in their lease with lessor RREEF America REIT II for 68,410 square feet of industrial space at Kent East Corporate Park, located at 21430 86th Avenue S, Kent, WA.

Brian Bruininks, CCIM represented lessor Falcon Kent LLC in their lease to Dominos Master Issuer LLC for 45,200 square feet of industrial space at Riverbend Commerce Center, Building E, located at 8005 S. 266th Street, Kent, WA.

Brian Bruininks, CCIM represented Domino’s Pizza in their lease with lessor Nikolov Properties LLC for 43,500 square feet of industrial yard at 8300 S. 266th Street, Kent, WA.

Brian Bruininks, CCIM represented lessor Falcon Kent LLC in their lease to Outerwall Inc. for 36,250 square feet of industrial space at Kent West Corporate Park, Building C, located at 6601 S. 220th Street, Kent, WA.

George Rockwell, SIOR represented lessor Terreno 17600 WVH, LLC in their lease to Northwest Accessory Distributors, Inc. for 28,700 square feet of industrial space at North Valley Business Park, located at 17680 West Valley Highway, Tukwila, WA.

Dave Baumer represented Horizon Distribution in their lease with lessor AnMarCo for 15,505 square feet of industrial space at AnMarCo 1 Building, located at 955 Lind Avenue, Renton, WA.

Jeff Crane and Sean Durkin, CCIM represented Bridgewater DBA Interlink Supply in their lease with lessor CPF Kent Valley LLC for 14,478 square feet at Southcenter South – Cascade B, located at 18346 Cascade Avenue S, Tukwila, WA.
