  • Dave Baumer represented tenant The Seattle Times Company in its lease with DVF LLC for 44,039 square feet of industrial space at the WESMARCorporation Building, located at 5720 204th Street SW, Suite 100, Lynnwood, WA.

     
  • George Rockwell, SIOR represented lessor M-3 Properties, LLC in its lease with Printing Control for 32,000 square feet of industrial space at M-3 Business Park, located at 1000 Andover Park West, Tukwila, WA

     
  • Brian Bruininks, CCIM and Dave Baumer represented lessor Realty Associates Fund VIII in its lease with Kelley Imaging Systems for 17,838 square feet of industrial space at Pacific Business Park, located at 8725 S. 212th Street, Kent, WA.

  • George Rockwell, SIOR represented lessor WACO Enterprises its lease to Quality Sewing and Vac for 13,923 square feet of industrial space at the Aptex Building, located at 1205 Andover Park West, Tukwila, WA. 

     
  • Mike Ewing and Connie Boyle, CCIM represented seller Screaming Eagle, LLC in its sale of an 11,950 square foot industrial building located at 9421 39th Avenue Ct. SW, Lakewood, WA. Mike Ewing and Connie Boyle, CCIM also represented the buyer, Pierce Transit (PCPTBA Corp).

  • Mike Hemphill represented buyer Condon-Johnson & Associates in its acquisition of the 9,600 square foot office building located at 9012 S. 208th Street, Kent, WA.

     
  • Jim Bisset represented buyer Evergreen Eye Partners LLC in its acquisition of the Windermere Building, an approximately 8,161 square foot office building located at 700 M Street, Auburn, WA.

     
  • Dave Baumer represented tenant Voyager Seafood Limited in its lease with lessor RREEF for 8,000 square feet of industrial space at Park 234, Building A, located at 23418 68th Avenue S., Kent, WA.
