• Brian Dennehy represented tenant Smurfit Stone Container Corp. in its lease with landlord AMB U.S. Logistics Fund, L.P. at the Portside Distribution Center located at 4050 East Marginal Way S, Seattle, WA, for 83,683 square feet. 

• Dave Baumer and Mike Hemphill represented landlord Gibson Properties in its lease of 49,428 square feet to Group Health Cooperative at 455 Andover Park East, Tukwila, WA.

• Jim Bisset represented buyer Queen City Sheet Metal & Roofing in the industrial sale of the Applied Technologies Building, located at 22030 84^th Avenue S, Kent, WA, and totaling 18,481 square feet.

• Brian Bruininks, CCIM and Dave Baumer represented landlord Realty Associates Fund VIII in its lease renewal and expansion of 17,838 square feet to Kelley Imaging Systems at Pacific Business Park, located at 8725 S. 212^th Street, Kent, WA.
