- Brian Bruininks, CCIM represented landlord RPH Industrial, LLC in its renewal to P&K Trading Co. for 11,100 square feet at Riverbend Commerce Center, located at 8005 S. 266th Street, Suite 112, Kent, WA.
- Dave Dunn, CCIM represented tenant CHI Companies, Washington in its lease with DNK Holdings, LLC for 7,800 square feet at the Pacific Cable Building, located at 4168 B Place NW, Auburn, WA.
- Brian Bruininks, CCIM and Dave Baumer represented landlord Realty Associates Fund VIII in its renewal to Nardone for 6,845 square feet at Pacific Business Park, located at 8637 S. 212th Street, Kent, WA.
