News From: The Andover Company/CORFAC International Seattle, WA; February 8, 2012– The Andover Company/CORFAC International announced the closing of eight deals covering over 224,393 square feet over 60 days: four industrial leases, one industrial building sale, two office leases, and one retail lease. - Brian Bruininks, CCIM, and Dave Baumer represented PPF Industrial, LLC in the acquisition of the 135,000 square foot Creekside Building, located at 18805 80th Place S., Kent, WA. The seller was Sciola Family Properties, LLC and was represented by George Rockwell, SIOR.
- Dave Baumer represented LG, Inc. with their lease with lessor Prologis for 31,663 square feet of industrial space at Kent 72, located at 21007 72nd Avenue S., Kent, WA.
- Brian Bruininks, CCIM, and Sean Durkin represented DEXUS Property Group with their lease to lessee GSSC, Inc. for 21,622 square feet of industrial space at DEXUS Riverbend, located at 26511 79th Avenue, Kent, WA.
- Jeff Crane and Brian Bruininks, CCIM, represented Favro Investments LLC with their lease to lessee First Zirconia for 18,797 square feet of industrial space at Federal Way Corporate Center, located at 34210 9th Avenue S., Suites 110/112/114, Federal Way, WA.
- Connie Boyle, CCIM, and Mike Ewing represented City of SeaTac with their lease to lessee Pabla India Bistro, Inc. dba Pabla Punjabi Palace for 7,426 suare feet of retail space at the SeaTac Center, located at 15245 International Blvd., Suite 201, SeaTac, WA.
- Jim Bisset and Mike Hemphill represented FANA Auburn 234 LLC with their lease to lessor VOLT Information Sciences for 4,446 square feet of office space at Auburn Corporate Center II, located at 1002 15th Street SW, Auburn, WA.
