The Andover Company/CORFAC International Announces Closing 22 deals

Seattle, WA (July 31, 2012) – The Andover Company/CORFAC International announced the closing of 22 deals covering over 173,000 square feet over 60 days: 19 industrial leases, two office leases, and one retail lease. 

  • Dave Baumer represented lessor Vince Volpe in the lease to SCP Pool Corp for 23,407 square feet of industrial space at Lund Industrial Park, located at 902 4th Avenue, Auburn, WA.
  • Shane Crook represented NW Hydraline Acquisition Co., Inc. in their lease with lessor Bricmar Properties, LLC for 21,779 square feet of industrial space at the Bricmar Building, located at 40 42nd Street NE, Auburn, WA.
  • Brian Dennehy and Brian Bruininks, CCIM, represented lessor Prologis in their lease to Anderson Paper for 14,400 square feet of industrial space at Earlington Business Park, located at 810-820 Thomas Avenue, Renton.
  • Dave Baumer represented lessor United Wholesale in their lease to Barclay Dean for 14,157 square feet of industrial space at 25713 74th Avenue E., Kent, WA.
  • Dave Baumer and Brian Bruininks, CCIM, represented lessor The Realty Associates Fund VIII in their lease to ALF Logistics for 14,155 square feet of industrial space at Pacific Business Park, located at 8649 S. 212th Street, Kent, WA.
