The Andover Company/CORFAC International Announces Recent Transactions

Seattle, WA; April 28, 2015 – The Andover Company/CORFAC International announced the closing of 23 deals covering over 378,000 square feet over 60 days: 10 office leases, nine industrial leases, three retail leases, one office sale and one industrial sale.

•   Jeff Crane and Brian Dennehy represented Lynch Land Co. in the sale of their 139,550 square foot industrial building at Lynch Industrial Park to MRM Everett, LLC. The building is located at 800 3rd Avenue S., Kent, WA.

•   Jeff Crane represented lessor ASR 222nd Street LLC in their industrial land lease to American Builders & Contractors for 137,214 square feet of yard at the Yancey Pallet Site, located at 8528 S. 222nd Street, Kent, WA.

•   Arne Svendsen and Brian Dennehy represented United Rentals in their industrial land lease with lessor Charles & Emma Frye Free Public Art Museum for 20,000 square feet of yard at 7101 8th Avenue S., Seattle, WA.

•   Sean Durkin, CCIM represented 8602 Industrial Park, LLC in their lease with lessor Paterson Labs, Inc. for 12,000 square feet of industrial space at Anderson Commerce Center, located at 8714-8724 S. 222nd Street, Kent, WA.

•   Brian Bruininks, CCIM and Sean Durkin, CCIM represented lessor Property Reserve, Inc. in their lease to People’s Injury Network for 8,932 square feet of industrial space at Landing Center, located at 22415 68th Avenue S., Kent, WA.

•   Dave Baumer represented lessor John Paul Associates in their lease to New Cingular Wireless for 7,880 square feet of industrial space at Auburn 400 Industrial Park, located at 1620 Industry Drive, Auburn, WA.

•   Mike Hemphill and Bruce Clarkson represented lessor Puget Properties, LLC in their lease to Zuli, Inc. for 7,631 square feet of office space at the 5506 Building, located at 5506 6th Avenue S., Suite 210, Seattle, WA.

•   Shane Crook and Mike Hemphill represented lessor Market Contractors, LTD in their lease to Steel Rule Concepts, LLC for 7,471 square feet of industrial space at Riverbend – Building C, located at 19221 62nd Avenue S., Kent, WA.

•   Brian Bruininks, CCIM and Sean Durkin, CCIM represented seller RML Properties in their sale of Eagle Ridge Professional Center, a 7,051 square foot office building, to Chris Koruga. The building is located at 1500 Benson Road S., Renton, WA.

•   Jim Bisset and Mike Hemphill represented lessor Diamond Landmark LLC in their lease to Bright  Horizons for 3,996 square feet of office space at Landmark West, located at 1600 Lind Avenue SW, Renton, WA.

•   Mike Hemphill and Bruce Clarkson represented lessor Puget Properties, LLC in their lease to Interior Design International, Inc. for 3,723 square feet of office space at the 5506 Building, located at 5506 6th Avenue S., Suite 204, Seattle, WA. The tenant was represented by Jim Bisset and Sean Durkin, CCIM.

•   Arne Svendsen represented lessor Harsch Realty Investments, LLC in their lease to Martin A. Ilnitzky, dba Exelon Auto Sales, LLC for 2,797 square feet of industrial space at Campus Park, located at 1112 S. 344th Street, Suite 309, Federal Way, WA.

•   Jim Bisset and Mike Hemphill represented lessor South Lind Square LLC in their lease to Mohawk Carpet Dist. for 2,768 square feet of office space at South Lind Square, located at 403 SW 41st Street, Renton, WA.

•   Arne Svendsen and Mike Ewing represented lessor Piramco Kent, Inc. in their lease to Carpe Diem Pizza, Inc. (Dominos) for 2,555 square feet of retail space at Plaza by the Green, located at 24437 Russell Road, Suite 102, Kent, WA.

•   Brian Bruininks, CCIM and Brian Dennehy represented lessor Michael Ramage in their lease to Mindful Therapy Group for 2,414 square feet of office space at Thornton Creek Medical Dental Building, located at 302 NE 97th Street, Seattle, WA.

•   Shane Crook represented Applied Business Communications, LLC in their lease with lessor GLP for 2,391 square feet of industrial space at Tukwila Commerce Center, located at 1018 Industry Drive, Building 32, Tukwila, WA.

•   George Rockwell, SIOR represented lessor South Lander TIC in their lease to Automatic Funds Transfer Services Inc. for 2,145 square feet of office space at South Lander Business Park, located at 2454 Occidental Avenue, Suite 3A, Seattle, WA.

•   Sean Durkin, CCIM and Jeff Crane represented lessor NCWP – Andover Executive Park in their lease to Merculand for 1,800 square feet of industrial space at Andover Executive Park, located at 660 Industry Drive, Tukwila, WA.

•   Mike Ewing represented Ukrainian Federal Credit Union in their lease with lessor Harsch Investment Property, LLC for 1,780 square feet of retail space at Celebration Center, located at 1414 S. 320th Street, #B108, Federal Way, WA.

•   Arne Svendsen and Mike Ewing represented lessor Piramco Kent, Inc. in their lease to Open Doors for Multicultural Families for 1,530 square feet of office space at Plaza by the Green, located at 24437 Russell Road, Suite 204, Kent, WA.

•   George Rockwell, SIOR represented lessor South Lander TIC in their lease to TKDA for 1,272 square feet of office space at South Lander Business Park, located at 2454 Occidental Avenue, Suite 3A-1, Seattle, WA.

•   Mike Ewing represented lessor City of SeaTac in their lease to Actus Law Group, PLLC for 576 square feet of retail space at City of SeaTac, located at 4800 S. 188th Street, Suite 232, SeaTac, WA.
