The Andover Company/CORFAC International Announces Recent Transactions

Seattle, WA -– The Andover Company/CORFAC International announced the closing of 20 deals covering over 226,000 square feet over 60 days: 16 industrial leases, two office leases, one industrial sale and one retail sale.  

Bruce Clarkson represented Oliver Property, LLC in their acquisition of the Asplund Building, located at 49 37th  Street NW, Auburn, WA. The 44,295 square foot industrial building sold for $4,000,000.00 by Asplund General Partnership.

Brian Dennehy and Jeff Crane represented lessor Lynch Ind Park LLC in their lease to Compass Aerospace NW Inc. for 39,700 square feet of industrial space located at Lynch Industrial Park, located at 824-826 3rd Avenue S, Kent, WA.

Brian Dennehy represented Lansing Building Products in their lease with lessor RG LLC for 24,000 square feet of industrial space at Canyon Creek Center, located at 18421 Bothell Everett Hwy #150, Bothell, WA.

Arne Svendsen and Brian Dennehy represented IMC Corp. in their lease with lessor Herman & Helen Lai for 18,600 square feet of industrial space at Intra Corp. Industrial Center, 6808 26th Street E, Suite 101, Fife, WA.

Brian Bruininks, CCIM,  represented lessor Olsen Family Investments in their lease to BeavEx Corporation for 12,342 square feet of industrial space at the Olsen Building, located at 22 42nd Street NE, Suite A, Auburn, WA.

Arne Svendsen represented sublessor DMT Holdings, LLC in their sublease to Sturgeon Electric Company, also represented by Svendsen, for 11,075 square feet of industrial space at West Park Corporate Campus, located at 3320 West Valley Highway, D103, Auburn, WA.

Arne Svendsen, Brian Bruininks, CCIM and Sean Durkin represented lessor Harsch Investment Properties, LLC in their lease to Berendsen Fluid Power for 7,806 square feet of industrial space at West Park Corporate Campus, located at 3320 West Valley Highway, Auburn, WA.

George Rockwell, SIOR, represented lessor 1006 Andover Associates in their lease to PriceCo, Inc. for 7,314 square feet of industrial space at 1002 Andover Park East, Tukwila, WA. 

Arne Svendsen represented Western Artisan, LLC in their lease with lessor Countercraft, LLC for 7,200 square feet of industrial space at the Countercraft Building, located at 1401 R Street NW, Auburn, WA.

Sean Durkin, CCIM, represented Nien Advanced Solutions dba Norman Window Fashions in their lease with lessor D & I II, LLC, for 6,595 square feet of industrial space at Cricket Business Center, located at 21501 84th Avenue South, Kent, WA.

Mike Ewing represented lessor Burkheimer Family Trust, LLC in their lease to Preservation on Main, Inc. for 6,185 square feet of office space at Airport Plaza, located at 64 Rainier Avenue South, Suite 1, Renton, WA.

Jim Bisset and Mike Hemphill represented lessor Metzler I Springbrook LP in their lease to Specialty Coin for 6,092 square feet of industrial space at Springbrook Business Park, located at 7651 South 180th Street, Kent, WA.

Sean Durkin, CCIM and Jim Bisset represented lessor Spotted Owl, SPC, in their lease to Tribe Productions, LLC for 6,000 square feet of industrial space at the Esquin Wine Building, located at 2700 4th Avenue South, Seattle, WA.

Arne Svendsen and Dave Baumer represented Broome Closet Ventures, LLC in their acquisition of the Pleasant Garden Chinese Restaurant Building, a 5,041 square foot retail building located at 26002 Pacific Highway South, Kent, WA. The seller was HonYin Mui & Julie Mui.

Dave Baumer represented Ole Mexican Foods in their lease with lessor M&T Partners for 5,000 square feet of industrial space at Pacific Business Park, located at 7108 S. 220th Street, Kent, WA.

Mike Hemphill and Jim Bisset represented lessor 8th & 9th, LLC in their lease to Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. for 4,531 square feet of office space at 9th Avenue Pavilion, located at 33434 8th Avenue South, Suite 107, Federal Way, WA.

Brian Bruininks, CCIM, represented lessor Falcon Kent LLC in their lease to Fraje, Ltd. for 4,000 square feet of industrial space at Kent West Corporate Park, Building A, located at 22013 West Valley Highway, Kent, WA.

Sean Durkin, CCIM,  represented lessor 8602 Industrial Park, LLC in their lease to Davis Door Company for 4,000 square feet of industrial space at Anderson Commerce Center, located at 8712 South 222nd Street, Kent, WA.  

Sean Durkin, CCIM, Jeff Crane and Arne Svendsen represented lessor NCWP – Andover Executive Park for 3,069 square feet of industrial space at Andover Executive Park, located at 609 Industry Drive, Tukwila, WA.
