Milwaukee, WI (December 10, 2013) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading  full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a lease between GCI #1, LLC (Landlord) and AccuTrans, Inc. (Tenant). 

AccuTrans, Inc. leased 12,112 square feet at 6134 South Howell Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Anthony Huenerbein and Nick Keys of The Dickman Company, Inc. were the brokers involved in this transaction.
