76th Street Industrial, LLC purchased the building from STI Florist, LLC.  Samuel M. Dickman, Jr. and Samuel D. Dickman of the Dickman Company, Inc. represented the Buyer and Travis Tiede and Adam Matson of NAI MLG Commercial represented the Seller.
