Milwaukee, WI (June 10, 2014) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a sale of a 202,358 square foot industrial building located at 2800 West Custer Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 

2800 Custer LLC purchased the building from RockTenn CP, LLC. Samuel M. Dickman, Jr. and Samuel D. Dickman represented the Buyer in this transaction and Jim Larkin with Colliers International represented the Seller.
