Milwaukee, WI (October 6, 2014) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a sale of a 21,404 square foot industrial building located at 2121 South 55th Street, West Allis, Wisconsin.  Coopella LLC purchased the building from Silverleaf Acquisition Holdings, LLC.  The brokers involved in this transaction were Zach Noble, Dave Hazenfield, Samuel M. Dickman, Jr. and Samuel D. Dickman of The Dickman Company, Inc.
