Milwaukee, WI (July 10, 2013) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a sale of a 5,000 square foot industrial building located at 720-728 East Nash Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 

Ian Sustar purchased the building from K3 Grinding.  Anthony Huenerbein was the broker involved in this transaction.
