Milwaukee, WI (June 11, 2013) – The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Southeastern Wisconsin market, today announced the completion of a sale of a 10,500 square foot industrial building located at 737 West Waterford Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  737 Waterford LLC purchased the building from Dennis A. Zeisse and Woodeen A. Zeisse.  Anthony Huenerbein and Zach Noble from the Dickman Company, Inc. were the brokers involved in this transaction.
